Acer is said to be preparing to launch four new Aspire M-series desktop PC. This new four new Aspire-M series will be using both, AMD and Intel processors, or to be more accurate, two Aspire ASM3202s will boast AMD processors, while two Aspore ASM5800 desktops will be using Intel Core 2 CPUs.

Acer Desktop With AMD Processor
With AMD-based offering – ASM3202s-A42, Acer will provides user with 2.6GHz Phenom II X$ 810 processor which comes with 2GB RAM, 640GB hard disk space, DVD optical drive and integrated Radeon HD 3000-series GPUs in AMD 780G motherboard. All this features comes for a price tag of USD$625. There also an option for user to increase the performance with the ASM3202s-A43.

Acer Desktop With Intel Processor
For the Intel-based offering – ASM5800-A37, Acer provides user with the 2.66GHz Core 2 Quad processor, 4GB RAM, 750GB hard disk space, Radeon HD 4650 1GB graphics card, and a Blu-Ray optical drive. This will cost the user USD$1,148. There also an option for user to increase the performance of the CPU by purchasing the ASM5800-A38 with some extra added performance.
Both desktop will be running Windows Vista Home Premium and set to be available in Japan next week.
